Is print design dead?

Iconic magazines such as The Face and Raygun are all great resources of  inspiration in terms experimentation, the complimentary relationship between text and image. Yet with the digital movement becoming the latest ‘thing’ with new bits of technology, are we moving too fast? Or is it a good thing? What about having some down time with a magazine, away from the computer screen? We are even encouraging the arts to move into the digital spectrum with software and games whereby you can paint on a DS! Why not grab a pen and paper? When will we stop advancing and let everything stop, settle and remain as it is? This debate is open to ideas, please feel free to contribute!
